Thank you for shopping with Croft Place. We specialize in thoughtfully sourced vintage furniture, artwork, decorative objects, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.

Vintage Condition

The majority of our inventory consists of vintage and pre-owned items. Signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, and imperfections are to be expected and are considered part of the character of each piece.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our inventory. If you would like additional photos, measurements, or condition details before purchasing, please contact us.

All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Item Availability

All merchandise is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not place items on hold or accept deposits.

Inventory availability is subject to change until checkout is completed.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available from our Northport location.

Most orders are available for pickup within 24 hours. Customers will receive confirmation when their order is ready.

Purchased items must be picked up within 3 weeks unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.

Shipping

At this time we do not ship items, please note at checkout all purchases are for in-store pickup. 

Delivery

Local delivery may be available for select items. 

Delivery fees, availability, and scheduling vary based on location and item size. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like a delivery quote.

Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased items will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and into their intended space.

Storage

Limited short-term storage may be available upon request and subject to available space.

Storage fees may apply. Please contact us prior to purchase if you anticipate needing extended storage.

Loading Assistance

Customers are encouraged to bring appropriate assistance when picking up large furniture or oversized items.

Croft Place offers custom sourcing services for vintage furniture, artwork, decorative objects, and specialty finds.
